Bane has a very visible and easily accessible weak point

Im definitely one to support Nolans Bat characters in these things, real world or no, they are Impressive, but in the end Mystique is an enhanced human fighter, and while Bane may match her in strength and toughness, her speed, agility and reflexes are beyond what he can keep up with, so Ill say Mystique to win in the end.

Id say he does, he was able to lift Batman off the ground with a single arm, with no apparent effort, and walk with him like this. Thats easily in the realm of strength level of Mystique, possibly even moreso, as she doesnt overly use strength to fight, but speed, agility, reflexes, etc. She doesnt overpower her opponents, she outmanuevers them.
