He one shots all of them.

I am not sure he could oneshot KO Ben, but he could most likely BFR him without much hassle. Thing is extremely strong (assisted or not, the London Eye feat still puts his strength level in the hundreds of tons at least), but relatively slow, so will have the exact same issue he had with the Surfer, in that he won't get into any position to mount a real offense. Torch would get splattered by a single hit though. The Supergirl teaser looked like crap, so I never watched the show, so can't comment there.

Basically, neither the FF members should cause him serious trouble, but I have no idea where Supergirl stacks up.
