The fight takes place inside an abandoned factory.

Who wins and why?

Cap absolutely rapes him.

good match but Cap is on a much higher level.. he stomps

Keaton Batman was great but Cap would kill him, even if Keaton decides to "get nuts".

Cap wins with both hands tied behind his back.

This is a fairly close match, but it'd likely be even better if Batman wasn't from half way through his series. Remember Kilmer and Clooney's Batmans ( Batmen ? ) are part of the same continuity as Keatons.

As it is Cap probably takes it ( barely ), though round one could go to Bats depending on what he's packing and how he uses it.

So in a Captain America versus Buffy thread, riot gear's history of down playing Captain America's feats isn't relevant. Interesting.

There is no live action movie version of Batman that can stand up to Cap. You can probably combine all of them and they still can't beat Cap in a straight up fight. They'll have to be heavily dependent on gadgets.
