King Shark and Atom Smasher aren't really fleshed out.

Weather Wizard on his own has too much power. King Shark and Atom Smasher wouldn't stand a chance and it's not like Grodd can put a telepathic whammy on everyone at once.

He doesn't need to though. Just take control of the biggest player on team two and use him against them. Grodd is also massively strong, durable enough to tank getting hit by a speeding train, and fast enough to catch a supersonic punch.

As for Atom Smasher, we do know he is extremely strong, bullet proof, has a massive size advantage over everyone on team two, and is fast enough to do a reasonable job of keeping up with the Flash in both h2h and over a distance of multiple blocks.

King Shark is only on screen for like 30 seconds though, so we don't really know what he can do. So for all we know a single lightning blast could put him out of the fight.

The second team have a lot going for them. They have a lot more versatility than team one who, other than Grodd's psychic powers, are just a bunch of bruisers. Not sure how team one could handle the mist guy either, and Grodd would have to mind control either Blackout or Weather Wizard to have any chance of stopping Sand Demon in anyways.

I'd say team two wins but a lot of them don't survive to the end of the fight.
