Don't see why not. Movie Blob didn't have his normal powerset. He was just the "muscle" member of Team X who got fat. And if headbutting Logan stunned him, Juggs would beat his ass unconscious.

At the very least.

Blob stopped a Tank round with his hand >>> Juggs did.

The headbutt thing was hitting adamantium.

But we also saw Blob could be hurt by Logan. That wasn't the case with Juggernaut. And even with his Adamantium, Cain had no problem beating Logan into the dirt.
