Cave Troll: 5 meters tall
Kong: 8 meters tall

Size, strength, speed, agility, ferocity all go to Kong, furthermore he could use all 4 limbs extremely well while fighting.

Cave Trolls are slow, cumbersome and pretty dumb. It may actually be stupid enough to attack Kong head on, where it would be destroyed in seconds.

I could see Kong doing to the cave troll what Hulk did to Loki. Troll is massively outclassed in all areas here.

Kong catches the club, then clubs the troll with it to show his dominance.
