Instead of Steve raiding Batroc's ship, it's Ozymandias that infiltrated on the ship. He makes past through the goons with little struggle until Batroc ambushed him.

How different the fight would be Rololololololololol.

MCU S.H.I.E.L.D. agents are all Bullet-Timers. Rhodes dodged a point blank repulsor blast after it has fired and he's nothing to Batroc. The Black Guy who hardens his skin from AoS was able to harden his skin before the bullet could reach him all after the bullet has fired, SHIELD agents showed be able to dodge his punches with their back turned. Black Widow has dodged arrows, Grenade launchers and energy beams from Ultron Bots, these requires Bullet-Timing reflexes and speed to accomplish otherwise she would get shot before she could move.

In comparison Ozymandias struggled to catch a slow bullet which Batroc or Rhodes should have likely dodged without much effort.

Even average MCU Schmucks are Uber skilled. The Tank from IM1 was able to tag Iron Man flying at Mach 2 from over a mile away, there's no records of tanks tagging Human-sized Mach 2 objects from 1.6km away and these joes are jokes to Batroc or SHIELD agents.

MCU characters are Bullet-timers. Daredevil was flipping over bullets after it was fired and demonstrated he can block or dodge multiple throwing knives, Hawkeye dodged lasers and Loki's Sceptor. On contrast Ozy barely catched a subsonic bullet fired from a girl who never used a gun before.

3. Characters don't always hit with the same force, have the same durability, etc. in every scene. Writer's don't use exact science when writing feats.
For example, Supergirl lifted a million ton key but struggled against shit under 100 tons. Humans have taken hits from Cap and been fine.

Black Widow, Rhodes, Taserface, Hawkeye, Daredevil and Oliver have dodged arrows, throwing blades and energy blasts at point blank distance. These feats requires greater speed and reflexes to accomplish compared to struggling to catch or dodge a subsonic bullet. All those characters should dodge that bullet fired by Silk Spectre better and faster than Ozy.

If Batroc is on the same situation as Ozy or Ollie he could dodge these bullets or Arrows but much better since he's significantly faster than them. Batroc was able to tag Cap who was dancing around Iron Man, the same Iron Man dodged Grenade launchers and Tank shells with ease on the first movie. Ozy is nowhere near fast as these two and isn't faster than Batroc either.

Characters from fiction are inconsistent. One minute Supergirl could lift thousands of tons and the next struggle with 20 tons. One minute Superman can move a moon and in another struggle with a hundred ton boulder.

You can't equate feats with other feats.

Even with Cap's and IM best speed feat, they do not come close to being able to catch a bullet from close range.

For the last time, you must provide feats of Batroc catching a bullet or something just as fast. Otherwise, he's far slower than what Ozy can perceive.

No using other characters as comparison is actualy a VERY good way to measure the strength of the characters. Ozy is slower and inferior to Boyka or Ip Man and none of them are on same league as Batroc Rololololololol

Ozy moves slower than Boyka or most featherweight fighters. A legit Bullet-timer doesn't move slower than Boyka or Ip Man shouldn't have struggled and knocked out cold from catching that sub-sonic bullet. Ozy cannot catch or dodge Arrows and thrown blades. If he should be able to dodge Arrows or tomahawks he should be able to constantly Bullet-time with ease and move faster than Boyka or Ip Man Rololololololol

Ozy is slower than Boyka or any of them. Batroc should dodge that bullet by flipping over it with casual ease, him backflipping away displays far more impressive speed and agility than anything Ozy ever did Rololololololol
