Bruce is correct, West is the most powerful live-action Batman, he should have been the final boss in that line up.

West notwithstanding, couldn't Keaton stop him dead in his tracks as well? Surviving the Batwing crash into the cathedral steps, deflecting a bullet after it was fired, picking up a man in each hand overhead to slam them together headfirst, punching through the floor of the Batmobile...80's/90's action hero stats for days.
