Q could have the edge on Actual Experiance with the Power seeing as he as existed for ...however long it is supposed to be...although Matty might be Fresher with his Ideas. And it aint like Q aint pulled some real Bonehead Moves over the years.

we really don't know the extent of Q's knowledge of the universe which he partly holds sway over, but i think it's possible/probable that he could eradicate doc's existence on doc's own plane/dimension/whatever with a snap of his finger.
