It's all a matter of whether the lightsabers can cut Steppenwolf.

On the other hand, Steppenwolf will have trouble tagging Greivous with his axe.

I personally think Greivous should be able to harm Steppenwolf, so, I give a slight edge to the robot.

Steppenwolf destroys him.

IF lightsabers can cut Steppenwolf, then Grievous wins...

IF lightsabers cannot cut him, then Grievous loses

SW ones shots when he lands.
