Both are unarmed and blood-lusted.

Who wins?

Riddick comfortably. I can see an argument for comparable hand to hand skill but Riddick's physicals are a noticeable notch above Wick's, who has the basic movie peak human package that makes him stronger than anyone that build would be IRL, but Riddick is a bonafide superhuman who can physically restrain monsters that can tear people to pieces that are like twice his size and dodge automatic gunfire after it's fired, like so.

Wick might make him work for it with his damage soak, but in a pure bare-fisted brawl I can't see Wick putting Riddick down before being beaten down.

^^ That, pretty much. Riddick is an outright superhuman across the board, so his physicals should net him the win here.
