This is Snyder Cut's Steppenwolf vs. Thanos. Steppenwolf has his axe, Thanos has his sword. Both are fully armored. Thanos doesn't get any infinity stones.

I won't (i say WW wasn't using her full speed against him) and therefore Thanos stomps.
