Havent seen shang chi yet. Will reserve my opinion till I see it

Well, the Mandarin will put up a fight. He has more than enough skill, mobility and long range offense to make it competitive... at least for a little bit. The problem is that, while the ten rings seem powerful enough to hurt Abom, I don't know if they have enough oomph to take him out. At least not in the way that the Mandarin uses them (whereas Shang-Chi was able to utilize them in a more offensive manner).

On the other hand, a single direct hit from Abom could kill Mandarin if he doesn't block them with the rings. He should be skilled enough to block them with the rings, at least for a bit, but it's only a matter of time before he gets hit and then that will be that.

So yeah, Mandarin scores hundreds of points against Abom then eventually makes a mistake and gets killed.
