Problem with Supergirl is she didn't do anything too impressive. She stomped a bunch of humans then got killed by Zod time and time again.

She showed some degree of speed and some degree of strength (when he seriously clocked the hell out of Zod when she found out he killed baby Kal). It's fair to say that she's equal or slightly less than Faora in strength but significantly slower (but still fast) than Faora.

Thor kills her without much trouble, she's nowhere near the power level of Superman
