Snake Eyes from the G.I. Joe Movies vs Daredevil.
No firearms, but other than that standard gear.
Takes place in the same office where Daredevil fought Bullseye.
Who wins?

Daredevil does have superhuman powers (radar) plus he himself has taken on opponents with actual superhuman powers (Black Sky, Bullseye, Five Fingers, etc.). He also normally takes out opponents with nothing more than a baton whereas Snake-Eyes is usually armed to the teeth.

Based on that, I'd have to give DD the edge.

Good fight, but yeah, DD has displayed superhuman abilities on occasion. I'll give him the slight majority.
