Question. When Proxima pulled the sword out from Hulk chest, was Hulk on all fours here (hands and knees) or was he slightly standing based off the scan shown here?

Argument 1, he's standing, she snatch the sword out which reverts him back to Banner.
Argument 2, he's on his knees and hands as shown in scan 2, she snatch the spear out while he is in this crouch position which makes puts him in the standing position.
