I'd put MCU Cap above TV John-117 outside his suit.

In the suit, it's going to be hard for Cap. Suit's incredibly durable and has shields to make it even more durable.

i dont know anything about master chief, but is his suit > tony's bleeding edge armor? because cap was beating the shit out of him in civil war.

Only reason Samus beats him is because that armor is waaaaay more durable, plus super bombs.

Several. You've got the new-ish Avengers game, Cap's solo game from 2011. And Rise of Hydra comes out this year where you can play as Cap and Black Panther.

That's just a nerfed Cap though, Master Chiefs game lore is what makes him special, not the gameplay.
