Dunno, didn't the Clover monster survive a M.O.A.B. bomb? While Starro was pierced by Harley Quinn with a stupid javelin.

Clover is over four times taller than Starro (Starro is about 21 meters at full height and Clover is over 90 meters tall) and probably outweighs him by at least twenty four times or more, and unlike Starro has never been killed by being swarmed by rats.

Clover would roll five Starros, let alone one.
