Netflix Punisher vs. Amazon Jack Reacher.

Round 1: They're hunting each other in NY using whatever means weaponry they need.

Round 2: Melee fight in a car garage

Round 2: Reacher. He does stuff with his bare hands Frank needs weapons to do and his final strength/durability/endurance feat on the finale is simply insane. I don't think Frank could pull it off if he tried.

Frank in both. No way Reacher could duplicate what Frank did in the prison.

Reacher had a chain wrapped around his arm by a biker and as they drove by, Reacher yanked him off the bike with the chain arm without even moving from his spot.

He also had a knife stabbed through his forearm and out the other side, then used that same arm to catch and hold a woman strapped to a gurney that had just fallen out of a helicopter. Then he held her there while getting kicked in the ribs and stomped in the head for like 2 minutes.

So he was straight arm holding about 200-300lbs while laying on his belly and getting shitstomped, and the weight was even more when he caught her because she was falling and he had to stop her momentum cold. And he still managed to fight the guy off long enough while laying on his stomach and holding Dixon with his other arm, for Dixon to unstrap herself, use the knife in his arm as a handhold, then yank it out and climb up him to stab the other guy. Frank could never do that and Reacher would have a far easier time in the prison scene than Frank would in that scenario.

Also Reacher snaps bones with his hands and feet like Frank needs to use weapons to do.

I've watched both seasons of Reacher and i'm not seeing it. Franks durability was insane and outright superhuman at times. Frank took a broom stick being shoved in his arm and he pulled it out and continued fighting like it didn't even happen. He grabbed an unconscious man and threw him over his shoulder and ran down the hall with him using him as cover while being shot at. Etc,,,,. I'm not listing all of his feats. People can see them for themselves.

I just can't see Reacher beating him. We'll have to agree to disagree.

Reacher could casually bend Frank over and sodomize him while being courteous enough to give him a reach-around.
