Manhattan is so meta he could change KMC movie vs rules.

Q doesn't seem to even have to concentrate on what he's doing. Just makes a wish, snaps his finger, and breaks every law of time, space...science in general. Then again, I think Doc Manhattan has a more godlike nature. Doesn't he decide to go far away and create new life somewhere in the end? Q seems like more of a gatekeeper who wouldn't know how to be a creator type god.
