Who wins?

TheVaultDweller
Apocalypse stomps IMO. It took the combined efforts of the X-Men + Jean going Phoenix to beat him. Nova hasn't shown herself to be on that level.

kevdude
I would say Apocalypse as well.

KingD19
With all his powers and his vastly superior TK showings, Apocalypse wins. I don't even think Nova has enough output to do more harm than his regeneration can counter.

HulkIsHulk
This is a ridiculous mismatch.

Apocalypse has enough TP power to piggyback a connection to Cerebro and take over it against Xavier's will, shield his allies from Xavier's TP and then overpower Charles in a psychic battle. Cassandra has no chance of attacking his mind

He has city level TK. So can't overpower him in that.

He is durable enough to take multiple full on punches from QS who can knock people out by tapping him with his finger while at super speed. He also can react and catch QS with TK, so again she's outclassed in speed and durability.

He's got regen which can heal from a sliced throat.

He's got forcefields which can tank combined attacks from a suped up Magneto, noob Cyclops eye beams and Storm lightning.

He has super strength as well, which is another option.

Cassandra gets murderized quick.

KingD19
I could see him letting Cassandra do her hand thing where she phases with him to read his mind, then he shows her what real telepathy is like and shatters her brain.

TheVaultDweller
The really impressive thing about him reacting to Quicksilver is the fact that it was like 17 seconds from Quicksilver's POV, which means he was actually able to adjust and react in a tiiiiiiiiiiiny fraction of a second in real time. So, even if Nova tries her blitz teleport thing, he should still easily be fast enough to react.

Edit: To put this into perspective, in X-Men Apocalypse, it took a bee like 12 seconds to flap its wings once from Peter's slowed down POV, and bees can flap their wings between 200 and 300 times a second.
