In scenario 2, the Bats get the Batwing (Keaton), Knightcrawler (Affleck), the Tumbler (Bale), and a Batcycle (Pattinson)

Any of the Spidermen easily solo.

Andrew, the best Spidey, solos easily too.

Tobey and Garfield knock out Holland Spidey before the fight and he auto-wins for them.

Why do you hate Batman?

If Batman turns off morals and turns on bloodlust, and he is willing to kill, he might have a chance?

I thought you said eat the Bats, which would track since multiple species of spider actually do eat bats as a regular part of their diet.
