John McClane from Die Hard teams up with Martin Riggs to hunt down the Winchester Brothers. They track them down to a wooded area, and a shoot out ensues. The shootout goes on for a while, until both sides run out of ammo. And they have no backup weapons. The combatants realize this, and they decide to engage in hand to hand combat.

Mac and Riggs are in prime form. Sam and Dean are without powers. This means Sam has no demon blood in him, and Dean does not have the mark of Cain. It's just skill and toughness versus skill and toughness.

Discuss.

Can you stop.

Winchesters are good enough to beat them as humans.

This is actually a good matchup. Sam and Dean can be knocked out. Riggs and Mac are no slouches. If they can KO and put them in custody, they win.

Guess I should have stated that the fight can be won by knockout?

Guess I should have stated that the fight can be won by knockout? It doesn't matter, Riggs and McClane are getting by on stats, Dean and Sam are farrrrrr more skilled then them. This is a spite match.

I have trouble seeing a scenario where they win, although there's definitely gonna be some nostalgia-blinded person coming in here like "no one beats these guys!"

Oh baby, you just wait, he'll be here 😆

I don't think this threat is spite. Riggs it's pretty vicious at hand-to-hand combat. Mac? What he lacks in skill he makes up for with his durability and his luck factor.

I mean I agree, Sam and Dean will win, but it won't be as one-sided as you said.

I guess Sam and Dean considering what they ve faced. Though their fighting skills dont seem that much more impressive in action.

Even after Dean stopped being a demon he came off better in his fight with Cole, who literally trained his whole life after researching him to be much better then Dean. Hell, Dean was holding back slightly if anything.

Edit: Just rewatched the Busey fight and while it's impressive he still doesn't measure up that well skill wise aside from his ground game I guess?

I can't really comment on the Supernatural guys, not seen the show.

But without a doubt, McClane > Riggs 11 out of 10 matches.

But without a doubt, McClane > Riggs 11 out of 10 matches. It's a villain-of-the-week type deal where the two guys (Dean and Sam) deal with urban legends, mythical creatures, and supernatural entities. Every episode has a new type of threat the two have to deal with, the overarching plot deals with Heaven and Hell, God, Satan, Angels, big-time demons, and I personally enjoyed it, but it demands a lot of time. Supernatural is the kinda show where you'll either love it and stick with it to the end, or watch a few seasons of it, say "it's cool but there's no way I'm dedicating yourself to like 14 seasons of this shit."

Personally I think the series should have ended at season 5 as it failed to top that ending.

I know you probably had no real interest in the show but figured I'd give a brief synopsis, the show lives and dies by its characters. It's definitely a "fandom" kinda show.

Twice I was going to get into it, but it's 15 seasons and 327 episodes, or 228.33 hours. Too heavy a toll.

Thanks though thumb up

I see the fight going something like this: Mac goes after Sam. It takes a bit of doing, due to Mac's insane durability, but eventually Sam knocks him out. Dean and Riggs face off. It's a pretty good fight for about 2 or 3 minutes, then Riggs lands a massive roundhouse that pisses Dean off. Dean gets to his feet, Riggs is knocked out by Sam and Dean less than a minute later.

Murtaugh has pretty good durability, so I can see him winning this.

Murtaugh is not in this fight. And if he was, he would get knocked the hell out.
