Dooku has far better screen feats.

True. You end up needing to read the books, especially the Silmarillion, and then do power scaling based on other Maiar in order to get a rough ballpark for the Wizard's true power levels. And even then, as the Istari, the wizards arn't allowed to make use of their full Maiar abilities because of Eru's decree. Hell, it's why even Gandalf the White still managed to get his staff shattered by the Witch King, despite supposedly having powers on par with Sauron at his peak.

Dooku has feats from Clone Wars, the Clone Wars cartoon, etc... He's pretty stacked against Saruman.

Based on just movie feats, Dooku stomps.

He did quite casually fling Obi-Wan like a football field away and KO Anakain with a back kick

Dooku looks down with his look of superiority.

I think Superman wins.
