I think Gorr takes it. He may seriously be one of the most powerful villains in live action superhero history. His Necrosword is literally designed to kill Gods, which means that, well, pretty much anyone and everyone, even metaphysical deity or cosmic entity level, short of the the actual Abrahamic God (such as Morgan Freeman in Bruce Almighty) MAYBE, is susceptible to his blade. He probably could have killed Infinity Gauntlet-wielding Thanos.
