Starkiller going toe-to-toe with Vader, who is pretty much written to be Maul's better, makes him the victor in this one.

Can Starkiller ragdoll Kenobi? I think not. He failed to ragdoll Shaak Ti, who was so inferior to Obi-Wan it isn't even funny.
