Luke with Legends-Feats would die against Grevious - but at least last maybe 10 seconds before being shredded to bloody little pieces.

Vader is "slow as fvck" due to cheap movie choreography. Thank God we judge these characters not by that, but rather by actual feats and accomplishments. Vader has replicated all of Grievous' speed feats.

Vader was holding back, sure, but so was Luke, and even moreso. And he still had the advantage over his father. So it not only goes both ways, but it makes Luke's feat more impressive.

Twenty-times in a second is hardly anything that fast when compared to actual speed in Star Wars. You'd be better off using the feat of Grievous' speed pressuring Obi-Wan, than him applying peak-human speed, which Luke can replicate.
