Dubbilex with the MB chair was able to actually stalemate and sometimes redirect Brainiac's power. And this is with Brainiac Tapping the might of warworld and maxima's own psy power under his command as well.

The mind Gem is already teh Uber. In the hands of Despero, it would be rediculous.
