Blue Beetle has the defence, Speed, and the weaponry to back him up. Spiderman may have superb reflexes because of his spider-sense, but he's not beating Jamie Reyes at all.

Spiderman wins.

I will however say it is Jamie's match to lose.

If this is the case Spidey is going down. He also took on Lonar of the New Gods. Although I believe he would have lost if they weren't interupted, it was still impressive.

Just because he won or lost against Guy Gardner doesn't mean he beats Spiderman

Actually it does as he has a far higher power level then Spider-Man.
