The Incedible Hulk (Grey) must face off against The superpowered agents of Crackdown in a devastating assault,how far can he get?

1.One agent with maxed out agilty and Strength with no weapons
2.2 more agents arrive,each maxed out stats with maxed out explosives as well.
3.4 agents with maxed guns
4.6 agents backed by 200 peace keepers.
5.10 agents with 400 peacekeepers.

I think Hulk clears it the top agents were only 10 tonners and peace keapers were just normal humans.....
