Alright,Now This is an amped Red Hood running a gauntlety,now just think that all these items work for him to the same degree as they do for their owners.

He has Thors Hammer,Cytorraks Gem,Wonder Womans Bracelets/lasso,Captain Americas shield,Stranges eye/Cloak,The mind Gem and a funny hat.
