Does Rachel have the Phoenix?

Rachel doen't need to be Phoenix. When Rachel first appeared in the 616 timeline, she was able to stun X with her psi bolts and shield her presence from him while practically sitting in his face. Rachel being inexeperienced and all that only came about in the past couple years when Claremont started writing her again.

Maybe Rachel, maybe not.

Rachel has the advantage with her TK.

TP-wise, it's basically a wash. Neither is mind raping the other side.

Rachel is more powerful overall, but the Cuckoos have some impressive things on their resume. Not 100% certain, but I'd lean towards Rachel.

On the other hand, I could see the Cuckoos winning in a Cuckoo centered storyline. They've gotten stronger.

Each Cuckoo's tp seems a little below Rachel but together they are probably above her...

Tp-wise it'd probably end in a stalemate but Rachel should be able to defeat them with Tp but the likeli-hood of that happening is slim.
