The Punisher: AK-47, twin .45 caliber pistols, 4 hand grenades, Bowie knife, rapple gear & nightvision.

Batman: Dark Knight Batsuit with kevlar and Nomex and all of his standard arsenal in his utility belt.

Capt of course has his shield and Wolverine has all his powers.

All are going all out.

Okay, scratch what I said about which versions, just all characters with their most impressive feats combined.

Wolverine give team 1 the edge.

Black Panther/Punisher vs Captain America/Batman would be a better match up.
