Is this referring to in a fight? or like hes gone out to assassinate them without them knowing... btw rogues skin is impervious to bullets /w ms marvels powers

Lots of em.

Wolverine would give him a lot of trouble obviously. Bullets by themselves probably wouldnt do a whole lot. Depending on his senses he'd be able to smell explosives, so all in all Frank would need to make good use of his prep time.
Collosus would also be tough unless he caught him in human form.
Unfortunately current Rogue would go down. Not to spoil anything, but she recently showed just how vulnerable to bulllets she is. Damn I wish they'd have her take Ms. Marvel's powers again.

He could take Jubilee and Gambit

Frank could kill most of them with a weeks preparation.

Frank would kill them in their sleep or snipe them from a distance.

He is'not going to confront them head on he is'nt dumb.

The Punisher would lure the X-Men to the blue area of the moon by tricking them, then set off a nuclear weapon and kill them all at once.
