No. Your argument is based on the fact that only Galactus beat Tyrant. There's a great deal of room between Thanos/Morg and Galactus.

Odin destroyed Thanos. He sent him flying from Bifrost to Asgard and beat him into the ground. Even with help from Surfer Thanos's blasts couldn't phase Odin.
