He practicaly ruined Magneto back in New Mutants 40 and up.

Empath's powers are pretty hard to resist, I think he can take Mr.Fantastic.

Yeah and everyone knows he has issues emotionaly. Look at how jelouse he is of Namor.

That's not even necessary in order for Empath to use his powers though. I think he can easily control people's feelings.

Mr.Fantastic might be able to know him out before that though.
