Megatron or Magneto for a villain team?

Who would you chose for a better leader for your Teams.
Symmetric Chaos
Optiums
Magneto
Caps Conscience
Cap vs Optimus is tuff. I roll with Cap though, for one reason and one reason only. Cap brings out the best in his team while Optimus always has to save the day. Autobots would be nothing with out optimus.
