Ive got to say the Uni-lord Surfer...

The Keeper didnt do much cept battled a weak Galactus and teleport a whole city.. His been bested/equaled by the likes of Starhawk or Herald mystech Angel..

Transported to another universe The Silver Surfer has his soul absorbed and then deposited in that universes hell. Using his body that remained in the physical plane the Surfer puts into motion a plan to free himself and defeat the god of the universe, the Uni-Lord.

Eventually the Surfer frees himself and confronts the Uni-Lord. The two battle as the entire universe watches on. The Surfer attacks the Uni-Lord with his board but the Uni-Lord anticipated the attack and buries it in his body. The Uni-Lord uses his supreme power to blast the Surfer into pieces. The Silver Surfer reforms and calls for his board causing the Uni-Lord great pain. He then reveals that his being absorbed and going to hell connected him with all the souls the Uni-Lord had absorbed over the millennia. The Silver Surfer then absorbs all the souls within the Uni-Lord becoming the new all-powerful deity of the universe.

Because this bio makes him sound much more impressive then the Keeper.

Thats a 616 Universe Watcher suck and for a time trap into what seems like a vortex connecting the multiverses and landed into that Universe..

Finding himself out of his own universe w/out any tech to reach back and communicate. The Watcher alone did whats he always does; Watch and record but w/ out his tech he stored all this information onto himself therefore mutating.. Read the series to know how both him and Uni-lord meet SS 2nd series # 116-122 I think..

Here SS travels to the same vortex, only to loss his powers..

he absorb millions or even billions of souls. in those millions of souls he must have absorbed beings more powerful then he is.

Well he is the embodiment of that Universe everything comes from him so he is kinda like Eternity but on a much smaller scale, i figure..

Unilord Surfer i would think hed be at a high skyfather level in terms of destructive power.. Just my 2 cents..

you know when surfer merged with the black body. did he abosed millions of souls as powerful as him self or even more powerful

Surfer was able to gain control control of the merged form with the Blackbody and went into combat with UniLord. During this fight, Surfer used the power of the Blackbody merged with his own to drain souls from the UniLord until they were equals. Surfer then used this new power to drain the UniLord of all the souls he had gained over the millenia and thus gained UniLord's power level thus became the entire universe/universal continuum.There are more points to the story than this, but I'm just trying to give you an idea of who UniLord Surfer Time again, Surfer has the ability to merge, intermingle, mix, blend adapt to foreign energy. He is a conduit.
