Which one of these final bosses will win?

Tough to say, maybe Demon Hyo. He took on alot of the Rival School characters at one time, this includes the characters powered up versions.
And the thing is, Hyo was STILL holding back. But this is still too close, imo.

I say a draw, but I could sway either way with good reason.
