Second Fight - Death situation, but Cap and Bucky have knowledge about the skills and techniques of Parker

Spider-Man wins. I don't see either soldier dishing out the damage he took from Electro, and that Spider-Sense was way OP.

Cap throws his shield at Spidey, Spidey grabs it and proceeds to decapitate both in the 2nd scenario.

Spidey stomps in little time.
