I know alot of you love sw to bits but the thing is its been 30 years since sw and thats more then enough time to understand three movies .

e.g why did this happen ? and so on ! why do fans still ask questions about the star wars ?

Did GL leave Plot holes ??

Are they the most confusing films ever made ?

I would say there has to be some. I am just not to good at finding them.

The reason people have wondered all these years if the "prophecy was true" was:

Once there was a movie Star Wars, and a great movie it was. So good that it ended up forming a holy trinity with its two sequels in the theaters. Then the milking movie-cow died, but people knew that there was another Skywalker to save the day, Anakin. He was the chosen one who would bring back the balance to the Movie-Force (and some dollars into Gorges purse).

So people now had a messiah to wait for, he died in a last of the three movies, but one could not easily miss the little smirk on the lips of his spirit form... He would be back to bring his Empire to the whole galaxy. And there he shall rule the galaxy by the right side of his master. And we shall be able to see these movies, till the end of our days.

The PT was good i mean listen to me....It Gave us a satisfying turn of Anakin it let us Understand the Sith and the Origins of Sith and it unlocked a Bunch of EU books


The OT was the best of course because it came out first and it was just SO original and it changed the world it started the series and made a crap load of EU books

So both are VERY GOOD in a point of view the only reason yall dont like PT was because of JAR JAR BINKS i belive and a few plot holes.

It had some good scenes though. It was the movie that gave us Ian McDiarmid.

The only plothole I found in the OT was having Lukes last name the same as his fathers, when they were trying to hide him!

Leia was Leia Organa, so unless Vader sensed her, he would never suspect her to be his child. Now he hears about Luke Skwalker, who is 20 years old, and Vader remembers impregnating his wife 20 years ago.......put 2 + 2 and it equals 4.

Really? It's one of the major plotholes in the OT, created by the PT.

That was explained in RODV, why he didn't want anything to do with his past and Tatooine.

Yes but he doesnt discover Lukes name until the ESB when the Emperor explains what he wants Vader to do.

GL had three movies to fill up the plotholes...instead he made more.

He is making another three tooo VII, VIII, IX

No he isn't. He's going to make all new ones in the live action series.

No no no no! That has nothing to do with the next trilogy. 7, 8 & 9 have been slated for a 2019 release but ill check just to make sure. In the name of Sith, the live action is just Tv series, it will have very little to do with the films and Lucas is hoping that his adopted, will continue the trilogy in X, XI, XII which are planned for about 2050 release. I will consult my friend at Lucas Film...he should know....

Ya know what...provide proof. A link, an article, something saying that he's making more. If its "slated for a 2019 release" it should have something on it somewhere, right? This isn't the 70's where he can mask it by calling it Blue Harvest. So find proof...but i know you wont be able to.
