i think these are from the 1984 movie...

Starscream: Nobody turns his back on me!

Starscream: Decepticons, feast your eyes on your new leader.

Starscream: What the...? Megatron! You're... you're dead! I terminated you!
Megatron: Fool. I can not be terminated by a single blast from your puny weapon. I'm sick of your endless quest for power. Especially at the cost of losing mine!
Starscream: Don't just stand there! DO something! Your new leader orders you to slay Megatron!
Megatron: You're a fool Starscream if you think anyone would follow your orders.
Starscream: Just wait Megatron. One of these days I will have my revenge.
Megatron: You and what army?



Starscream: It looks like some kind of... rust!
Megatron: Impossible! We are rust-proof!
Starscream: Perhaps you're made of shoddy materials, Megatron!
Megatron: That's ABSURD!



Starscream: It was the Triplechangers, they tricked me!
Megatron: You're either lying or stupid.

Megatron: SHOW NO MERCY!
Starscream: Did we ever?

Starscream: You're supposed to know everything. What are those?
Megatron: Scrap metal, once we finish with them!

Optimus Prime: You destroy everything you touch Megatron!
Megatron: That's because everything I touch is food for my hunger. My hunger for power.
Optimus Prime: No! I am going to end your hunger once and for all.

I think I remember that episode, where Astrotrain & Blitzwing took over the leadership.

Here's one; Starscream has Cliffjumper dead to rights.

Cliffjumper: The Electro-Cells! Come to Papa!
Starscream: Not so fast, Papa! (Blasts Cliffjumper) Didn't your father teach you not to take what doesn't belong to you?
Cliffjumper: Okay Optimus; jump him! NOW!
Starscream: (Looks around in fear) OPTIMUS PRIME? WHERE?!
(Cliffjumper blasts him unconscious)
Cliffjumper: Poooor Starscream! The oldest tricks only work on the biggest jerks!

Yeah, I'm not 100% sure if that's what he says, but it's something along those lines.

There was an episode where Megatron had this secret base in the jungle, and for his plan he kidnapped Gears - the crankiest, most complaining Autobot strongman - and gave him a personality transfer, where he becomes sweetness & light, and a slave. Optimus and the others crash the base to rescue Gears, and there's a standoff after Megatron tells Gears to start up his big machine.

Optimus Prime: "Gears, stand still! That's an order!
Megatron: "Gears - I asked you for a favour. You won't disappoint me, will you?"
Gears: "Well - no; I wouldn't want you to feel bad." (Works on Megatron's machine)
Ironhide: (stunned)"What have you done to Gears, you monster?? You turned him...well...NICE."

Yeah, that was a good one. Autobots always had a flair of comic relief here and there.

Unicron: I have summoned you here for a purpose.

Megatron: Nobody summons Megatron

Unicron: Than it pleases me to be the first.

Megatron: State your business

Unicron: This is my command. You are to destroy the autobot matrix of leadership. It is the one thing, the only thing that stands in my way.

Megatron: You have nothing to fear. I have already crushed Optimus Prime with my bare hands.

Unicron: You exaggerate.

Megatron: The point is he's dead. And the Matrix with him.

Unicron: NO. The point is you're a fool. The Matrix has ben passed to their new leader. Ultra Magnus. Destroy it for me.
