Love both characters but in this cased Iron Fist 9/10 wins.

Shredder pretty much ruled Japan for 700 years and restored power to the Tokigawa(sp?) clan. Thats tough to beat.

Yeah either version of the new toon shredder stomps all over Iron Fist, if it's comic book shredder or old toon he loses, if it's super shredder.. well..
