Interesting fight. I'm not sure. On the one hand, Polaris can pretty much **** up anything that Jeffries makes out of metal. On the other hand, metal isn't the only thing jeffries can mess with.

Can Jeffries counter a blood-rip?

and Jeffries can do that to Polaris as well as he controls metal, plastics and glass at their molecular level. He doesn't need magnetism to control what he does.

Yes, as he would have control over the metals in his body.

In a forest, assuming he doesn't have his Box armor, and there's no large metal ore deposits near by, I'll take Polaris.

In New York City, Jeffries all the way. Far too much material for Jeffries to work with. He could whip up a machine to negate Polaris's powers, then form Voltron.
