Invalid question. Devil Hulk never came out.

I don't think we ever got to see the full extent of Devil Hulk's powers. He wasn't particularly impressive in the game though :/

War Hulk hardly had any appearances either, he only took on Juggernaut and Absorbing man for a couple of pages.
