What are violator's power levels actually, I know hes nothing compaired to current spawn but if he is about equal to classic spawn, he could beat hulk Hellspawns have nasty Silver Surfer level energy projections.

Quite simply, Hulk can't win this. Physical damage is practically useless against Violator. You need energy, or better, magic damage to hurt him. Violator is one of the most sadistic and psychotic creations in comics. Violator will obliterate Hulk.
