Which thief wins and which one loses ?

Locke...I dunno. I don't know who Garret is. But from what I saw in FF6 you'll need to be pretty good to take down Locke.

ALso with this fight locke can't use summons or magic to make it easier for garret.

locke seems more like a bum thief.. garret seems more like an official 'from the shadows' hardcore / violent thief

so I think garrett takes it... (plus I forgot alot of locke's abilities, if he even has any aside from steal / mug, etc)

Hey it takes a lot to steal the clothes off a guard while you're fighting him and change into them at the same time.
