two underated Characters do battle at the top of thier game!!

Terrax is a jobber, though he's trying to fix his rep since Annihilation. Lightray on the other hand, was pretty potent before his death.

Hard to say. Terrax could beat Lightray in a brawl, but Lightray is the smarter fighter.

Terrax is the stronger of the two physically I assume. But Lightray has him beat in Speed and power. Plus lightray has done some matter manipulation as well. I'd say Lightray 7/10. Until terrax proves himself a lil more.
