come on man use your imagination he drops down in a car loaded with armed hand grenades that refuse to go off. The car falls down a lift shaft and John until seconds ago was strapped into the passenger seat and yet he manages to get out grab onto a ledge and launch his lit cigarette which in a ludicrously unlikely event is all that is needed to set off the hand grenades. and ends the fight and giving Castle sweet release.

Live Free or Die Hard was better than both Transformers and Spiderman 3 IMO. Please don't bash me, I just found it more enjoyable IMO.

Sean Connery would outfight them.

Roger Moore would overwhelm them with untouchable class and charm.

Pierce Brosnan would run them over with an invisible Aston Martin.

Daniel Craig in Casino Royale was too bad*** for both of these guys.

McClane would own the movie Punisher all day.

man I liked all three movies (although spidey 3 was a bit over blown could have done with one less villain). I agree as ridiculous as it was Die Hard 4 was the top

you don't get McClanes powerset. He just doesn't go down even to the most highly trained guy some how he finds a way to win. Bourne is a bad ass even though its MAAT DAIMON (Team America). But he's not beating someone who uses cars to take out helicopters and can dodge cannon fire from an F22

Anyone who doesn't have the first flick rated #! is to stupid to pay attention to. And McClain pretty easily beats the movie Punisher. As for Bond, Connery and Craig win easily, the others... it's 50/50 (surely Bond has as much cosmic-level luck as baldy! Only Indiana Jones beats them). As for a McClain/Bourne... which universe is it in, the realistic Bourne uni, or the popcorn Die Hard one? Bourne wins in his world, but in McClain's, he trips on a apple core and breaks his neck, after which John quips:
"How do you like THEM apples, Oscar boy?!?"
