Doom = second to dr Strange in term of Magic.

Lex = a superb strategist
Doom and Richard = two of the greatest earth based minds off all comics characthers

Marvel would mop the floor with DC Teams, and the son of Krypton would be the first to fall

team marvel would wax the shit out of these two with prep. team dc has no chance of winning.

Supes could take Lex to the FOS and send Reed and Doom to the phantom zone
